Phone-Use operator guide

Use this as the starting point for deployment, desktop onboarding, and large-scale phone automation.

Deploy the Platform

Set up the web app, API, Clerk webhook, Redis, and Postgres for production.

Download the macOS or Windows build, connect your phones, and complete onboarding.

Create sessions, attach devices, and provide your own Anthropic key when hosted AI is not configured.

For infrastructure setup, follow the deployment guide in the repository root.

For desktop downloads, use the buttons on the homepage once release asset URLs are configured.

For AI sessions, add your own Anthropic key in Desktop Settings if your server does not expose a hosted key.
